This non-commercial WebSite presents examples of Audio-Visual (AV) multimedia creations.  My early AVs were produced in video formats, playable on Windows Media Player.  Specialist software like ProShow and PicturesToExe have however now matured, and are used on the site.  A section is included for AVs created in Photodex ProShow Gold and Producer and WnSoft's P2E.  ProShow software is one of the better contributions to digital AV design over the past decade, particularly in that it outputs a format ideal for streaming from a website.  Shows will play on any PC after automatically downloading a small free Photodex player.  P2E creations have been converted to Flash, the quality of which has continuously improved.

The material presented is a mix of Competition Standard AVs, and those produced purely for personal interest.  An early 2002 project is entitled "In Search of the Blues" and has its own page.  This was primarily based on still pictures and live audio captured on pocket digital cameras. and was recorded on numerous visits along the trail of Chicago, St Louis, Nashville, Memphis and New Orleans.  Movie mode material from the same cameras gives added impact.  Oval Racing in the USA is a recurrent theme, produced in a number of versions, including Flash on the Home Page.  A growing library of clips is presented in the "Other Multimedia" section.  One purpose of the site is to stimulate interest and interaction with other experimenters in the subject.  Contact can be made through the Links page. 

Still images can be found in the Image Gallery.   This page also contains a route to the same image gallery on flickr.com.  The advantage of that site is that the gallery can be displayed as a Slideshow at full Screen size.  The "photostream" on the flickr site may also be accessed direct from the links page.
